Role:

We are looking for a confident and aggressive field executive who can approach boutiques and retail stores and onboard them to sell our brand.

Responsibilities:

- Visit 5–10 stores daily in Bhopal

- Pitch our brand and close partnerships

- Negotiate margins and shelf/display space

- Maintain relationships with store owners

- Ensure proper product placement

Requirements:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable with field work (this is not a desk job)

- Previous sales/field experience preferred

- Must be confident, presentable, and result-driven

Compensation:

- Fixed salary + strong incentives per store onboarding
