Role Overview:
As a Retail Marketing Associate at The Indian Garage Co., you will be responsible for leading the retail marketing vertical and driving footfall across the store network. Your role will involve owning end-to-end retail marketing activities, including store communication, mall partnerships, BTL activations, discovery platforms, and customer retention initiatives. Your focus will be on building a strong on-ground brand presence, creating hyperlocal marketing opportunities, and ensuring every store serves as a high-impact consumer touchpoint. Additionally, you will lead a small team to execute initiatives across stores and cities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own Retail Marketing Strategy
- Lead the retail marketing vertical to drive store footfall and brand visibility.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase walk-ins, store engagement, and repeat visits.

- Store Communication
- Supervise all in-store communication and promotional messaging across retail locations.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and campaign rollouts inside stores.

- BTL & On-ground Activations
- Plan and execute BTL initiatives, hyperlocal activations, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to create high-impact brand moments at the store level.

- Mall Marketing & Partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with mall marketing teams.
- Ensure brand participation in mall-led campaigns, events, and promotions that drive store traffic.

- Pop-ups & Cluster Displays
- Identify opportunities to create pop-ups, kiosks, and cluster displays in high-footfall areas to increase brand discovery.

- Discovery Platforms & Footfall Channels
- Drive performance on discovery platforms like Magicpin, District, and other hyperlocal platforms.
- Optimize store listings, offers, and promotions to maximize visibility and visits.

- Customer Retention Communication
- Lead store-level customer retention and engagement communication to drive repeat visits.
- Collaborate with CRM systems to activate customer databases and increase store revisit rates.

- Store Launch Marketing
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for new store launches, including events, promotions, and local awareness.

- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a retail marketing team responsible for on-ground execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, retail operations, VM, and brand teams.

Qualifications Required:
- 46 years of experience in retail marketing, offline marketing, or BTL activations.
- Experience managing multi-store retail marketing initiatives.
- Strong vendor, mall partner, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with discovery platforms, store CRM, or footfall-driving platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, stores, and teams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset to measure footfall, campaign ROI, and store performance. Role Overview:
