The Client Advisor is the face of Bluorng. This role goes beyond selling; it’s about creating a welcoming, personal experience for every customer who walks in. Through styling support, product knowledge, and genuine conversation, the Client Advisor helps customers connect with the brand and feel confident in their choices. Every interaction should leave a lasting impression that reflects Bluorng’s standard of service.

Location: Gurugram/Noida/Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised client service on the floor
• Assist customers with styling and product selection
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Keep the store organised, stocked, and visually sharp
• Support billing processes and basic operational tasks
• Support team sales targets through active selling

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing service roles preferred
• Strong understanding of styling, fit, and how to guide customers based on their preferences
• Natural ability to build conversation and make clients feel comfortable
• A genuine interest in fashion, street culture, and personal style
• Comfortable working a retail schedule, including weekends and peak hours
