As a Teller and/or Personal Banker at our College Station, Texas office, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of banking duties while maintaining excellent customer relations. Your role will involve processing deposit and withdrawal transactions, promoting and servicing various account products, and participating in the Customer Service First sales and service culture. You will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in image capture processes and will be expected to adhere to established Bank policies and procedures.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Process deposit and withdrawal transactions following Bank policies and procedures
    - Provide customer service by selling and servicing various account products
    - Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture
    - Cross-train in image capture processes
    - Travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training as required
    - Work flexible hours including Saturdays and holidays based on branch location's hours of operation
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
    - Twelve months of customer contact and sales experience
    - Banking experience is preferred
    - Excellent communication and sales skills
    - Proficiency in mathematical and general business knowledge
    - Typing and calculator skills
    - Strong customer relations, accuracy, speed, detail, flexibility, and judgment
    - Courteous and professional demeanor
    - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
    - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
    - Proficiency in various machines and programs including Teller machine, calculator, keyboard, encoder, image capture/scanner, and software such as Word and Excel
    - Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as business requires
