We are looking for a Retail & Distribution Partnership Manager to expand our premium ethnic wear brand across India. The role focuses on building relationships with large garment distributors, retail agents, and premium D2C fashion brands to place our product lines in high-visibility retail environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections within fashion retail networks, including distributors, multi-brand outlets, and premium D2C brands.

This role involves strategic partnerships, showroom placements, and channel expansion for a premium product line

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Distribution Development
  • Build and manage relationships with garment distributors and wholesale partners across India
  • Identify and onboard multi-brand retail stores and agents
  • Develop partnerships with premium fashion D2C brands for showroom placement

  • Retail Partnership Expansion
  • Collaborate with brands like Libas-type, premium ethnic labels, and curated fashion showrooms
  • Negotiate product placements and retail collaborations
  • Expand brand visibility through retail alliances

  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key distributors and fashion retail partners
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors, agents, and retail brand representatives
  • Ensure smooth order flow and partnership growth

  • Market Development
  • Identify new retail channels and premium fashion stores
  • Expand brand reach in tier-1 and tier-2 cities

  • Required Skills & Experience

    Industry Experience

    Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following:

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
