About the Role

Narayani Rasoi is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Restaurant Manager / Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small delivery-only kitchen.
The ideal candidate will be capable of building and managing a full operational team, ensuring smooth daily functioning, and maintaining high food quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a role for someone who can lead, organize, and run a cloud kitchen efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Hiring & Management
  • Hire, train, and manage staff including:
  • Chef / Cook
  • Kitchen helpers
  • Packing staff
  • Receptionist / Order handler
  • Delivery coordination staff (if needed)
  • Create staff schedules and assign daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and professionalism in the team.
  • Provide ongoing training on food safety, customer handling, and work efficiency.

  • 2. Kitchen Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day food preparation and ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper handling of ingredients, storage, and waste management.
  • Monitor cooking quality, portion consistency, and packing standards.
  • Coordinate with aggregators

  • 3. Inventory & Vendor Management
  • Track daily/weekly stock levels and forecast requirements.
  • Order raw materials, vegetables, groceries, and packaging items.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing.
  • Ensure zero stock-outs for high-demand items.

  • 4. Customer Service Oversight
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.

  • 5. Financial & Administrative Duties
  • Manage daily expenses, staff payments, and petty cash.
  • Record sales, wastage, and stock usage.
  • Work with owners on budgeting and cost control.
  • Maintain compliance with FSSAI and local regulations.

  • 6. Technology & Platform Management
  • Operate cloud-kitchen POS systems & order dashboards.
  • Manage order flow, item availability, and menu updates.
  • Track ratings, order reports, and kitchen performance metrics.

  • 7. Growth & Quality Improvement
  • Suggest new menu ideas based on customer trends.
  • Work on improving delivery time, food quality, and packaging.
  • Implement SOPs for efficient and consistent operations.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–5 years of experience in restaurant management, cloud kitchen, or food operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen workflows.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, and delivery platforms.
  • Good communication & customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing a delivery-only / cloud kitchen.
  • Ability to manage costs and reduce wastage.
  • Basic understanding of marketing promotions .
  • Training experience for staff.

    Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
