Job Purpose

To establish partnerships with Hotels & Restaurants in the assigned region, secure job opportunities for trained students from our F&B training centers, and ensure a continuous pipeline of vacancies for student placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Hotels & Restaurant Partnerships
• Identify and approach Hotels & Restaurants across the region.
• Negotiate tie-ups and formalize agreements for student placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and HR managers.
• Placement Coordination
• Match trained students with suitable restaurant job openings.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of students into roles.
• Track placement success and retention rates.
• Vacancy Pipeline Management
• Continuously source new job opportunities to keep the pipeline active.
• Monitor industry demand and align student training with market needs.
• Provide regular updates to management on vacancies and placements.
• Reporting & Feedback
• Maintain records of tie-ups, vacancies, and student placements.
• Collect feedback from restaurants and students to improve the program.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
