We're hiring 16 Residential Coaches (RCs) to make it happen.

What You'll Do:

• Lead student activities beyond the classroom, including group discussions, creative sessions, sports, and cultural events
• Build a positive and energetic campus culture among 80+ students aged 11–16
• Support student well-being, daily routines, and safety within the residential environment
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of Residential Counselors, Teaching Assistants, and senior GenWise staff
• Act as a role model, mentor, and community builder for students throughout the program

• ₹20,000 stipend paid at the end of the program
