What You’ll Actually Do

• Learn the Ropes: Support the senior team on everything from punchy social captions to long-form blogs.
• Brainstorming Sponge: Sit in on creative sessions, contribute "wildcard" ideas, and learn how a real agency breathes.
• Drafting & Tweaking: You’ll be the king/ queen of first drafts. You’ll write, get feedback, rewrite, and get better every single day.
• The Hustle: Show up with ideas, stay curious, and never be afraid to ask, "Wait, why are we doing it this way?"

• The Talent: You have a blog, a spicy Twitter (X) feed, or a portfolio of "spec" ads that prove you can write.
