🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive who can handle guest inquiries, understand their requirements, recommend the right villas, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

This is a target-oriented role focused on speed, communication, and conversions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Conversion

- Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.

- Understand guest needs (dates, group size, occasion, location).

- Recommend suitable Deshco villas from our curated portfolio.

- Follow up promptly and close bookings with high conversion efficiency.

2. Customer Communication

- Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, amenities, and policies.

- Maintain polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication at all times.

- Manage escalations or complex queries by coordinating with senior sales or operations.

3. Coordination & Follow-up

- Work with operations/concierge teams for special requests, arrangements, or clarifications.

- Ensure guests receive confirmations, payment links, and check-in details on time.

4. Reporting & CRM Updates

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending inquiries.

- Update CRM/trackers daily with call notes, booking status, and customer details.

- Share daily/weekly performance updates.

- Excellent communication (spoken & written).

- Fast, proactive, and comfortable handling many inquiries at once.

- Strong persuasion and sales aptitude.

📌 Must-Haves

- 0–3 years of experience in sales/customer service/hospitality (freshers welcome).

- Comfortable with phone-based interaction and follow-ups.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus.

- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (rotational).
