Responsibilities:

• Assistance in contribution: Assist in researching and developing innovative solutions for data security and privacy.
• Literature Review: Conducting thorough reviews of existing literature, patents, and products to gather background information relevant to ongoing R&D projects.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting, organising, and analysing data from experiments, tests, or studies and interpreting results to inform project decisions.
• Experimentation: Assisting in the Research. Designing, setting up, and developing technology and advancements, including developing methodologies, preparing materials, operating equipment, software, and utilities, and maintaining legacy codes and technologies.
• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of research, Methods, outcomes, and observations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying technical challenges or issues within projects and proposing solutions or improvements.
• Research and Development: Assisting in researching new technologies, evaluating their potential benefits to the organization, and testing prototypes or proofs of concept.
• Prototyping: Develop and implement prototypes of new security algorithms and protocols.
• Presentation: Present research results at internal meetings and conferences.

Requirements:

• Basics of Core Software Architecture, planning and development.
• Basics of Source Control.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript or Ruby, Golang.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with software development tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for Technology and innovation.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with IT service desk tools.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.

Eligibility:

• Preferably enrolled in an ongoing academic graduation program at an educational institution in Odisha, India.
• No prior experience required.
