Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Food Product Development Executive at Foodsure. The role involves conducting research and development for new food and beverage products, performing sensory evaluations, and applying knowledge of food science and technology to innovate and optimize recipes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful formulation, testing, and launch of products that adhere to industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Food Science, Food Technology, and Food Recipe Formulation
  • Hands-on experience with Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development processes
  • Expertise in Sensory Evaluation techniques
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in food product development, and familiarity with food regulations and compliance, is an asset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration
  • A proactive approach to innovation and a track record of contributing toward product success
