KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of integrated campaigns—from the initial "Strategic Spark" to final execution across TV, Digital, Social, and OOH.

Client Partnership: Build relationships at the CMO and Brand Lead level, moving from a vendor status to a "Trusted Advisor."

Creative Empathy: Work closely with Creative Directors to protect and nurture great ideas, ensuring they meet business objectives without losing their "soul."

Team Leadership: Mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of ownership, strategic thinking, and high-quality delivery.

Commercial Growth: Identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to new business pitches.

Requirements

IDEAL PROFILE:

The Strategic Leader: 8–12 years in account management at top-tier agencies. You should have a portfolio of work that demonstrates how you've helped a brand grow over time.

High Creative Quotient: You have a "gut for great work." You know how to critique a script or a layout in a way that makes it better, not just "safer."

Operational Excellence: You are a master of the process. You know how to manage resources, timelines, and budgets without breaking a sweat.

Calm Under Fire: The ability to handle high-stakes client meetings and tight deadlines with a composed, professional demeanor.
