We’re looking for a creative, hands-on social media manager & content creator who can plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content (photos + short-form videos) and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (reels/shorts, posts, stories, carousels).

2. Create content end-to-end: ideation → scripting/shot list → create photo/video → editing → posting.

3. Write captions, hooks, and basic copy, aligned with brand tone.

4. Manage day-to-day social: scheduling, community replies/DMs, trend-based quick posts.

5. Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, CTR) and share weekly/monthly reports + insights.

6. Coordinate with the team for launches/offers/events and ensure consistent branding.
