As a Residential Real Estate Sales Manager, your role will involve identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents across US markets. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through various channels such as cold calls, email outreach, Facebook, LinkedIn networking, and digital research. Additionally, you will need to identify and source properties through brokers, wholesalers, and research work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents across US markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, email outreach, Facebook, LinkedIn networking, and digital research.
- Identify and source properties through brokers, wholesalers, and research work.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and a positive relationship with brokers and prospective buyers to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and manage a structured short, medium, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with business targets.
- Support client discussions, property presentations, and negotiation processes.
- Coordinate with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery.
- Conduct residential market research, track pricing trends, and monitor competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Ensure smooth client servicing and post-sales coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 010 years of experience in Residential Sales / Business Development / Real Estate / Luxury Sales or related fields.
- Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales or related field is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build qualified relationships and manage client interactions confidently.
- Target-oriented mindset with robust follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
