We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Operations manager to streamline our back-office operations and Accounting delivery.

In this dual role, you will be the heartbeat of our execution engine—ensuring that our real estate tasks are optimized, automated, and delivered on time. You will coach our teams to maintain a high velocity by fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.

• Lead Ceremony: Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove Blockers: Proactively identify and resolve impediments that prevent the team from meeting Sprint goals.
• Real Estate Nuances: Understand the complexities of the real estate market (RERA compliance, CRM workflows, and document verification) to better guide project requirements.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Indian operations team and global/local leadership
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills (essential for the Bangalore corporate ecosystem) and the ability to influence without authority.
• Problem Solving: A "get-it-done" attitude suited for a high-growth operations environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
