Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Order Processing Executive to join our dynamic E-commerce Support team. As an essential part of our operations, you will manage end-to-end order processing for our online clients, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • * Manage and process customer orders received through various e-commerce platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • * Liaise with vendors, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • * Address customer queries related to order status, shipping, returns, and refunds via email or chat support.
  • * Update and maintain accurate records of transactions, order tracking, and inventory systems.
  • * Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
  • * Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • * Generate regular reports on order trends, fulfillment rates, and operational bottlenecks.
  • * Adhere to company policies and maintain data confidentiality in all order processing activities.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • * Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and order management systems.
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or customer support.
  • * Experience working with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, and customer service) is highly desirable.
  • * Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs documentation is a plus.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position.
  • * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible working hours based on project requirements and time zones).
  • * Occasional weekend availability may be required during peak seasons.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * In-depth knowledge of order fulfillment processes and e-commerce best practices.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges efficiently.
  • * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
