Executive – Teacher Operations (Remote)

RSM – Smart Music & Dance Academy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Teacher Operations to support the coordination of our global faculty network.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers, the customer experience team, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day faculty operations across our online music learning platform.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organising schedules, coordinating with distributed teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of services in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate teacher onboarding, documentation, and training processes

2. Manage teacher schedules, availability updates, and lesson allocations

3. Support day-to-day faculty coordination and operations

4. Respond to teacher queries and operational issues in a timely and professional manner

5. Maintain accurate operational data and reports using Google Sheets / Excel / CRM tools

6. Collaborate with CX and academic teams to improve operational workflows

7. Ensure clear communication between teachers, students, and internal teams
