Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one or group online classes in Spoken English or IELTS preparation.

Customize lesson plans according to student proficiency levels and goals.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Prepare learning resources such as quizzes, assignments, and practice tests.

• *

Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and IELTS exam patterns.

• *

Maintain professional communication with students and parents (if applicable).

• *

Encourage participation and create a supportive, interactive learning environment.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Bachelors degree in English, Education, or any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

• *

Fluency in English with excellent pronunciation and grammar.

• *

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or IELTS Trainer Certification is a plus.

• *

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• *

Comfortable using online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Ability to create engaging learning content using digital tools.

• Experience
• *

Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience (offline or online).

• *

Freshers with strong spoken English skills and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in IELTS coaching is highly desirable.

• Working Hours
• *

Flexible scheduling – choose your own slots between 6 AM to 11 PM IST.

• *

Minimum commitment of 3 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Weekend slots are optional but preferred for IELTS classes.
