As an Advisor Customer Support at Jio, you will be required to utilize your excellent English verbal and written communication skills to provide support to customers of India's largest telecom company. This is a permanent work from home position and we are specifically looking to hire from non-metropolitan cities across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in blended support processes involving chat, email support, inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice on paper)
- Ensure you have access to a laptop and stable broadband connection
- Note that pursuing students are not eligible for this position

Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in Email & Chat Support
- Prior experience in International BPO
- Strong customer service orientation
- Previous BPO experience is preferred

In addition to the above, the work schedule includes 6 days of work with 1 rotational week off and rotational shifts, including night shifts.
