  • About the Role

    We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US Healthcare client. This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.

    Work Schedule

    Must be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST

    Night shift aligned with US business hours

    Payout

    Voice Process: Rs 160 per hour

    Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)
  • Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queries
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
  • Verify customer identity before sharing any information
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Escalate issues as per defined processes when required
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work night shifts (Anywhere between 6 PM – 6 AM IST)
  • Must have own Windows 11 laptop
  • High-speed and stable internet connection
  • Quiet and professional work-from-home setup

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in US Healthcare customer support

Understanding of US healthcare terminology (insurance, claims, copay, deductible, etc.)

Dual monitor setup (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience in healthcare voice or non-voice BPO processes
