About the job:

Crezivanta is a web design and browser extension agency growing our remote contractor team. Were onboarding independent appointment setters who can operate autonomously sourcing their own leads, warming them up, and booking appointments.

This is a 100% commission-based role. Contractors manage their own leads and outreach independently. No hourly pay, quotas, or required schedules.

What Youll Do

• Source your own leads from Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calling, or any other platform, method, or tool you are comfortable with
• Warm up prospects and engage them in conversation
• Book appointments manually or send them to our booking page
• Create meeting links and update the Leads_Master sheet
• Optional: Receive weekly lead batches provided by Crezivanta to supplement your outreach

Compensation

• 10% commission per deal that closes from leads you sourced yourself
• 10% commission per deal that closes from leads provided by Crezivanta
• 10% recurring commission for returning clients you sourced (either way)
• Payments via Wise, direct bank transfer, or PayPal

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Comfortable working commission-only
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to operate independently and follow simple SOPs
