Role Description

NoBroker.com is seeking a talented and passionate individual for the role of Relationship Manager / Inside Sales Executive. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves connecting with property owners and tenants, understanding customer requirements, offering suitable solutions, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, resolving customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients.
  • Sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and previous experience in achieving sales targets will be advantageous.
  • Basic proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and achieving collective goals.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a similar field is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in regional languages and local market knowledge considered an advantage.
