Role Overview

Hiring an experienced Mortgage professional to drive Home Loan & LAP sourcing through open market channels in the Nagaur region.

Key Responsibilities

Generate Home Loan & LAP business via direct sourcing, market visits, and referral networks.

Build and manage relationships with channel partners and local influencers.

Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.

Coordinate efficiently with internal credit and operations teams.

Ensure high-quality customer service and timely documentation.

Track competition and assist in strengthening market penetration.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP sourcing (Open Market preferred).

Strong understanding of the Nagaur market landscape.

Ability to consistently meet targets.

Good negotiation, communication & relationship management skills.

Graduation mandatory.
