Key Responsibilities

Candidates from Financial Services & Banking background will only will considered for this role.

• Sourcing and originating loan syndication opportunities with corporates and executing them with financial institutions and banks.


• Structure and execute debt financing transactions including term loans and structured deals.


• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders.


• Prepare credit notes, information memorandums, and financial analysis for transactions.


• Coordinate with lenders, legal teams, and clients for deal execution and documentation.


• Evaluate borrower financials and assess credit and transaction risks.


• Track deal pipeline and ensure timely closure of transactions.


• Support cross-selling of other financial and investment products.

Key Result Areas


• Successful origination and closure of loan syndication deals


• Strong lender and corporate relationships


• Efficient transaction structuring and execution


• Growth in debt financing mandates and revenue

Qualifications and Experience


• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred (but not mandatory)


• 3–5 years of experience in loan syndication, structured finance, or corporate banking


• Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders
• Good understanding of credit analysis and financial structuring
