As a Customer Service Executive at our company, your role involves acquiring new quality customers and cross-selling various products such as Retail TD, CASA, and fee-based products. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and error-free processing of customer service requests. In addition, you will need to overcome problems using guidelines and escalate when necessary to maintain the best visual impact of branches on customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class service experience to existing customers and acquire new quality customers through references
- Cross-sell deposit and fee products to customers to increase market share
- Improve existing customer relationships and actively participate in sales activities
- Stay updated on knowledge and exposure to various banking products, both internal and competitor products
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products
- Address problems using guidelines and escalate when necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Bank

Qualifications Required:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles in the banking sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking products and market trends
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations promptly
