CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives

Qualification: Graduate

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to handle Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Source HL / LAP cases through field sales, referrals & channel partners Manage the end-to-end loan process (login to disbursement) Coordinate with credit and operations teams Build strong relationships with builders, brokers & DSAs

Achieve monthly sales targets Candidate Profile:

Experience in Home Loan / LAP sales preferred Strong communication & negotiation skills Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset Comfortable with field sales
