    Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the apparel indsutyr in Kerala.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting for the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful RSM - Kerala should have:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 10+ years of expertise in the apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
