Role Overview:
As the Regional Sales Manager - East (Aftermarket) at ZF Aftermarket, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. You will lead, coach, and motivate sales teams, analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and maintain relationships with key clients. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments and regional managers to ensure consistency in sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.
- Identify growth opportunities and new markets within the region.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams across the region.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and guidance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track regional sales performance against targets.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align on strategies.
- Coordinate with other regional managers to ensure consistency in sales efforts across regions.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree graduate with a minimum of 12 years of experience in IAM (Independent Aftermarket) Auto Parts Sales (PC Segment).
- Strong experience in team handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience in channel sales and distributor management.
- Strong knowledge in the Automotive PV segment.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
