We’re inviting a small set of Referral Partners (Commission-Only) to help us connect with organizations that have ongoing hiring needs.

Role Overview

Title: Referral Partner (Commission-Only) – MacroHire

This is a simple referral role. You share warm leads from your network—ideally from your own organization’s HR team or from companies that hire Sales or Tech talent regularly. We handle everything else: outreach, pitching, closing, and delivery.

One strong, repeat client is far more valuable than multiple one-off leads.

What You’ll Do

• Share 1–2 warm leads per month from your network
• Priority:
• Your own company’s HR or talent team
• Organizations with consistent Sales or Tech hiring needs
• Share brief details only:
• Company name
• Contact (e.g., HR head, talent lead)
• Hiring context (e.g., Sales reps, Tech developers, scale or frequency)
• Track referrals via email or a simple shared sheet

What We Value

• Leads to repeat hiring organizations in Sales or Tech
• Quality introductions to decision-makers
• Even 1–2 strong leads per month from your organization can be highly valuable
• Your Rewards
• Flat 10% commission on all revenue generated from your referred client
• Commission applies for up to 2 years per client
• Performance bonuses could range from 10,000 to 1 lakh, depending on the rate of conversions and lead consistency
• Paid quarterly after collections

Example:

A single client generating ₹40L over two years = ₹4L+ in commission , with recurring fees.
