Your Territory

You'll own the ground across Nellore and surrounding areas within a 150 km radius including Tirupati, Sullurpeta, Kavali, Ongole, Kadapa, Rayachoty, and more. These are active, growing markets with real opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and material dealers regularly
• Promote and sell construction material products and solutions
• Generate leads, follow up, and close deals
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients across your territory
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to stay ahead
• Handle quotations, inquiries, order coordination, and basic sales reporting
• Consistently work toward and exceed monthly sales targets

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence you'll be on the move daily
• Willingness to travel up to 150 km regularly across the region
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
• Based in Nellore or nearby areas (strongly preferred)

Good to Have:

• Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields
• Basic understanding of construction materials and the industry
• Prior field sales experience (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
• Familiarity with CRM tools

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday | All National Holidays off
