- Implement best practices and standardize procedures to ensure audits are defect-free.

- **People Management:**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.

Qualifications required for this role include:
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-location environment like retail chains with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to make informed decisions.
