Job Responsibilities

Growth & strategy:
  • Market Development by drawing sales strategies to improve market penetration, geographical reach, product Mix sales & Focus on project working in given region.
  • Plans for entry & continuous growth in New Product categories.
  • Establish contact with Key accounts and drive business growth.
  • Responsible for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
  • Responsible for managing the large key accounts in the region.
  • Evaluation & appointment of new project partners.
  • Closely co-ordinate with all Functional In-Charges to deliver upon the agreed business strategy. (Marketing, HR, Production, Technical).

  • People Development And Leadership Development
  • Drive System/Solution Selling approach among sales team to reach maximum potential.
  • Setting up an effective performance & rewards system.
  • Foster organization culture & steam line process in that region. market Development & Intelligence
  • Strengthen relationship with key customers like: Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Consultants, Channel Partners,
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.
