Position Overview:
The Location Head will be responsible for the comprehensive performance management and growth of Area Managers, Branch Managers, and FLSMs within their assigned location. This role involves strategic leadership, budget management, team coaching, and network building to ensure optimal productivity and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management:

    • Take end-to-end ownership of the performance of Area Managers, Branch Managers, and FLSMs.

    • Set personal goals, lead by example, and ensure adequate SOC.

  2. Budget Oversight:

    • Own and manage the budgets for the location, ensuring financial targets are met.

  3. Recruitment and Networking:

    • Continuously network to attract and onboard high-quality FT-Business Partners (BPs) from the market.

  4. Partner and Advisor Development:

    • Ensure Business Partners (BPs) and Life Advisors (LAs) achieve income levels exceeding benchmarks.

    • Re-activate underperforming BPs who do not meet CMC criteria.

    • Propagate career opportunities among LAs within the branch.

  5. Coaching and Mentoring:

    • Coach Marketing Partners (MPs) and Business Partners on sales techniques, management skills, and career growth.

    • Oversee the induction and development programs for Rookie Business Partners.

  6. Training and Development:

    • Collaborate with the training team to implement regulatory and skill enhancement programs.

  7. Promotions and Events:

    • Organize and attend outdoor promotional events and seminars for recruitment, awareness, customer engagement, HNI priorities, etc.

  8. Recognition and Representation:

    • Increase representation of advisors and BAs in conventions, MDRT, and R&R initiatives.

  9. Productivity and Compliance:

    • Ensure the desired product mix is achieved across the branch.

    • Address and escalate compliance issues when necessary.
