Ayaansh Fertility is a rapidly expanding, ethically driven fertility care network focused on clinical excellence, structured growth, and long-term brand building.

We are looking for a high-ownership Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and scale our Pune region.

This is not a “campaign manager” role.

This is a city-level business leadership role.

What You Will Own:

You will be responsible for end-to-end sales and marketing performance of the Pune region, including revenue growth, referral ecosystem development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Business Growth
  • Own monthly revenue targets and regional performance outcomes
  • Track and optimise the full funnel: leads → consults → registrations → IVF cycles
  • Identify growth levers and remove bottlenecks
  • Ensure marketing ROI discipline and cost control

  • Doctor & Referral Ecosystem
  • Build structured, ethical relationships with OBGYNs, physicians, and key referral partners
  • Design and execute engagement programs aligned with company policy
  • Protect and enhance brand reputation in the medical community

  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and review the regional sales & marketing team
  • Set weekly targets and review discipline
  • Drive accountability and take corrective actions when required

  • Marketing Execution
  • Plan and execute region-specific ATL / BTL / digital initiatives
  • Ensure activities are outcome-driven, not optics-driven
  • Pause or pivot non-performing initiatives based on data

  • Reporting & Governance
  • Provide structured weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Escalate risks early with clarity and solutions
  • Align closely with management and medical leadership

  • Who We Are Looking For

    We are seeking someone who:
  • Thinks like a city P&L owner, not just a marketing executive
  • Is comfortable with numbers, targets, and structured reviews
  • Can handle senior doctors with maturity and professionalism
  • Values ethics over shortcuts
  • Has a long-term mindset and leadership maturity

  • Preferred Background
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Fertility and IVF sales & marketing
  • Experience handling city-level or regional responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of referral-driven healthcare ecosystems
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
