Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and lead Territory Managers and field sales team.
  • Develop and expand dealer and distributor network.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, and team reviews.
  • Ensure product availability and market coverage.
  • Track collections and control outstanding payments.
  • Submit regular sales reports and MIS to management.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and product campaigns.
