Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager

You are the highly-motivated Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager at Druva, responsible for executing the marketing plan in India. Your role involves supporting regional sales initiatives, growing the Druva brand, generating demand, and increasing pipeline & revenue contribution. You will collaborate with the India Sales & Channel team, APJ/International & corporate marketing teams to drive results.
  • *Primary Responsibilities:**
  • - Develop the regional marketing plan and manage associated budgets
    - Leverage Global and APJ campaigns tailored for the India market
    - Define and implement new campaigns to support regional requirements and market opportunities
    - Own Channel Marketing plans & execution with regional partners
    - Manage campaign creation and execution with key Alliance partners like AWS, Dell, and Microsoft
    - Lead the annual regional events plan (virtual & F2F), including negotiation and budget approvals
    - Act as the primary local marketing liaison for SDRs, Field & Channel Sales teams in India
    - Manage external agency relationships for paid media, demand programs, and events
    - Ensure consistency in lead tracking processes and campaign set up
    - Establish benchmarks for performance measurement and align activities with set KPIs and GTM targets
    - Measure program effectiveness to ensure ROI for all activities
    - Collaborate with the PR manager for increased awareness and internal appreciation of marketing activities
    - Provide quarterly marketing reviews and analysis to regional & APJ Marketing & Sales Leadership
    - Collaborate with HQ for aligned social media, PR & AR efforts in the regional marketing plan

    - Reasonable understanding of SFDC and Marketing Automation platforms

  • *Your Education, Experience & Certification:**
  • - Minimum 5+ years in B2B tech marketing with proven successes
    - Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or related technologies is a Plus!
    - Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of the demand funnel
    - Bachelor's degree in a related field
    - Strong Commercial/Business acumen
