  • Will be responsible for Regional Delivery Operations including total implementation of processes & and systems in the delivery vertical.
  • Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities
  • Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Centre Operation Managers
  • Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments
  • Regular visits to the centers falling in the Region.
  • Responsible for putting students in the batches after Admission & and their documentation.
  • To Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery
  • Carry out student development activities.
  • Responsible for Organising Parents Teacher Meetings at Centres
  • Should interact with all the students in batches and ensure complete student satisfaction at all levels.
  • Ensure timely certification of the students by coordination with the Certification Team
  • Controlling Slippage, Dropouts & Leakage at all levels
  • Faculty Management & Rostering of the Region
  • Ensuring excellent attendance (90%)of students in the region
