Regional EHS Lead - NCR/South

We are seeking an experienced Regional EHS Lead to join our team in NCR/South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) policies and procedures across the region.

Bangalore, Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis to identify and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS training programs and ensure employee compliance.
• Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide EHS guidance and support to site-based EHS personnel and ensure consistency in EHS practices across the region.

Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in Health and Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards in India.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
