Job Title: Social Media - Reels Producer

(6 days a week)

Location: Baner, Pune

Duration - Minimum 6 months

• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute ideas for creative and visually appealing reels that align with our brand
- Edit video content and graphics to create high-quality reels for social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a strategy for our social media reels
- Manage the social media reels calendar, including scheduling and posting reels across all social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in social media reels and video editing
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of reels and adjust strategies accordingly

• *Requirements**:

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features, especially Instagram Reels
- Experience in creating engaging and high-quality video content for social media
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner
- Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing

• *Education and Experience**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field
- Previous experience in video editing or creating social media reels is a plus
