As a Reel Architect at Rasta, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and impactful content for social media.

Key Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit high-quality content, both short and long form.
Develop reel production plans that cater to various brand voices and target different audience segments.
Collaborate with designers and Brand Solutions team to manage account relationships effectively.
Be open to feedback and continuously improve your content creation skills.
Transform social media trends and behaviors into creative and tasteful content.
Deliver footage that requires minimal post-production editing.
Willingness to travel locally within the NCR region and nationally for shooting and editing assignments.
Proactively identify production risks and ensure alignment within the team.

Qualifications Required:
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve for editing.
Strong editing skills with a mobile-first approach, additional knowledge of IG Edits is a plus.
Basic understanding of lighting and shadows for capturing high-quality footage.
Experience in shooting content for brands is advantageous.
Ability to appreciate and adhere to brand tone and guidelines.
