Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist for Credit & Risk roles within the BFSI sector, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. Your main focus will be on sourcing candidates and managing offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies specifically for BFSI Credit & Risk roles.

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in Credit & Risk functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
