As a Sourcing Specialist at our company, you will collaborate closely with HR Managers to identify exceptional candidates for our teams across North America (USA) regions. Your role will involve employing creative methods to uncover top talent and engage passive candidates through a dynamic and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment across diverse skill sets and locations.
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through direct outreach and conversations.
- Apply advanced LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean search techniques.
- Qualify candidates on availability, motivation, work rights, location, and commercial alignment.
- Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Deliver recruitment outcomes with urgency in time-critical hiring scenarios.
- Track and report on activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications Required:
- 2-4 years of Proven experience as a US IT Sourcing Specialist within an in-house recruiting team.
- Highly desired: previous experience working in US IT Staffing.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searching.
- Sound technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models.
- Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and geographic locations.
- High levels of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Outcome-driven mindset with comfort working to KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Resilient, organized, and commercially aware.
- Knowledge of ATS / HR tools preferred.
