About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and career pages.

2. Source potential candidates through job boards, databases, and social media platforms.

3. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.

4. Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.

5. Shortlist candidates according to relevant skills, education, and experience.

6. Contact shortlisted candidates through email or phone calls.

7. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

8. Share interview details and coordinate follow-ups with candidates.

9. Support the coordination of HR and technical interview rounds.

10. Maintain interview schedules and record feedback from interviewers.

11. Maintain and update the applicant database.

12. Track candidate status throughout the recruitment process.

13. Send interview invitations, reminders, and status updates to candidates.

14. Facilitate communication between candidates and the HR team.

15. Prepare basic recruitment reports on applications received, candidates shortlisted, and interviews conducted.
