We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Kollam. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or hiring
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Work Location: Kollam
