Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Assistant will assist in the hiring process, conduct interviews, manage administrative tasks, and provide support in ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication with candidates and other team members while upholding professional standards in customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
• Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively
• Customer service abilities to provide a positive experience for candidates and new hires
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications
• Administrative assistance skills, including organizing records and handling recruitment-related documentation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and HR software is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
