Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Organizational Development (OD)
  • Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, and change management.
  • Analyze HR data to identify organizational improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent development strategies.

  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Provide support in HR projects and process improvements.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or organizational development.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment techniques, and OD principles.
  • Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

  • Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
