Below mentioned is the job description for **Medical Transcriptionist - **US & Australia**. (**Work from Home**)

1. Should be good in English Comprehension with excellent listening skills and Basic Computer Knowledge.

2. Should be good in Medical Terminology and willing to work as Medical Transcriptionist.

3. Maintaining specified format of files as per client requirement. Handling different work type including Clinic Note, History and Physical, Consultation, Progress Note, Follow-up Note, Discharge Summary and Procedure Note.

4. Should be capable of handling multiple accounts and reaching daily target of assigned minute with accuracy of 98.5% and above QAs/QCs working on different specializations.

6.Familiarity with medical terminology to translate jargon and abbreviations into a formal form to become part of a patient's electronic medical file.

7.Stick to medical report style and confidentiality requirements.
