Job Description: Recruiter WFH - (National & International)


Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to lead national and international recruitment efforts remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, technical proficiency, and a strong track record of success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the organization
  • Conduct extensive talent sourcing activities through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen and assess candidate résumés, applications, and references
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Select and hire the most qualified candidates for open positions
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Promote the organization's employer brand and engage with potential candidates
  • Utilize analytics and reporting to monitor and improve recruitment processes

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Expertise in recruitment marketing and job posting
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition

Skills & Experience:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Strong ability to identify and reach out to qualified candidates
  • Expertise in using Boolean search and talent mapping techniques

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidate résumés, applications, and references
  • Proven experience in conducting phone screenings and interviews

Interviewing and Selection:

  • Expertise in conducting both behavioral and technical interviews
  • Strong skills in assessing candidates' fit for the organization

Employer Branding and Talent Engagement:

  • Ability to effectively promote the organization's employer brand
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with potential candidates

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent
  • Experience in facilitating the onboarding process

Data-Driven Recruitment and Analytics:

  • Ability to use analytics to monitor and improve recruitment processes
  • Experience in leveraging data to identify trends and make informed decisions

Industry-Specific Hiring:

  • Deep understanding of the industry and its talent pool
  • Ability to source and hire candidates for niche or specialized positions

Global Talent Sourcing and Cross-Border Hiring:
