Role Summary:

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across domains. You will engage with clients, understand their talent needs, source high-caliber professionals, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring requirements.
Identify and attract senior-level professionals through proactive sourcing strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust network of executive-level talent.
Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to clients.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain high standards of communication throughout.
Meet individual targets on closures, TAT, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in executive or leadership hiring (retained or contingent search).
Robust knowledge of recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others.
Experience hiring across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, IT, consumer, etc., is a plus.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Proven track record of closing senior-level positions.
